Who Am I Exactly...?
Hello my dear friend! Are you ready? I’m about to read your mind. Let me see… I think… you are here because you want to get to know me a little bit… you’re wondering who I am. Hehehe. I bet I’m right. My name is Isla! I am a Christian, and follower of Jesus Christ, savior of the world. I am also a reader, writer, traveler, volleyball player, swimmer, older sister, eater of ice cream, and current resident of North Carolina. Whew, that was a lot. Oh yeah, and my favorite color is blue.
In the wild you can find me sitting in/on a pile of books, reading like nothing else exists. Some of my favorite books include Ender’s Game, The Summer We Forgot, A Night Divided, Keeper of the Lost Cities, The Lunar Chronicles, The Chronicles of Narnia, Rosefire, Anne of Green Gables, Harry Potter (4 is the best), and so many others that it would take years to tell you about all of them. If you have any book recommendations, I would love to hear about them!
I started this blog as a way to encourage other people with my writing, and also so that I’m pressured to write more :). I am always happy to hear your suggestions for posts, or if you have a specific book genre you would like recommendations on I would love to hear from you! Feedback and interaction really mean a lot to small blogs like me and I would love to chat with you!
